The paddock is situated at the foot of the premises after block 3. It is secure and enclosed by 7ft fencing with the top leaning in towards the paddock. The fencing has been in place since 1983 and is also fixed 1 foot into the ground. The paddock has had many changes over the years, which you will see from the pictures and the main priority is it is safe and the dogs get the fun and benefit out of it. We encourage the dogs to play ball or if they just want to have a wonder and a sniff we just let them do so. A member of staff is always out on the paddock. If the paddock has to be left due to someone in reception and other staff members are busy we will place the dog back in its kennel and then take the dog back out so they don't lose there time on the paddock. We monitor the paddock for poop and clear while we are out there walking. We will also give your pet a once over and cuddle while out there and check for any lumps or bumps, which we always ask on the booking form when we go over the details as sometimes things can be forgotten to me mentioned on arrival. If we identify something we will make a note of it and if not on the booking form will let the owner know on collection. We do not mix dogs on the paddock and each dog has the paddock to themselves. If 2 or 3 dogs together in the same kennel they will obviously be walked together unless we are told something different.
