KENNELS

THE  KENNELS

The kennels consists of 42 kennels and each dog is given its own kennel with attached run outside, which is sheltered to keep your pet out of the rain.

The kennels are brick built and floors are tiled. Each block is heated meaning that your dog has the comfort of warmth. Each kennel is separated by walls so that your dog has its own privacy.

We always provide fresh water and provide beds and bedding, but you are welcome to bring along your own. Last thing before your pet is tucked in for the night; they will be given a treat. All kennels are supplied with a poly resin raised bed, which sit 6-8 inches off the ground dependant on small, medium, large, XL.

Your dog will be fed according to your requirements. We will supply the food included in your dog’s boarding but if you wish to bring your own food along, we will be more than happy to accommodate your dog’s diet. If your dog is in need of medication during their stay our staff can do this for you.

Your dog will be walked on our secured paddock and will not encounter any other dogs, as all dogs are walked separately unless from the same family. We will play and interact with your dog and keep he/she highly entertained while they are in our care. We have a very large paddock joined to the property, which is very secure and will give your dog great pleasure. We will take your dog out in all conditions but in some cases the weather can go against us if severe. Your dog will only interact with our staff.

Prior to your pets stay we ask that the inoculations are up to date and that you bring their vaccination certificate along. We will check that this is up to date before we allow your pet onto the premises and we will request this on every visit. We Highly recommend that you vaccinate your pet against kennel cough, but this is not compulsory.

We also have the House Block, which is 6 kennels attached via the owners garden for those dogs, which may prefer quiet time, older dogs, nervous dogs, puppy introduction to boarding. The 6 kennels are no different from the main kennels the only difference is the dogs are walked within the large enclosed safe garden.
