(Inside Kennels)
From November through to February of each year when we are not so busy and can afford to have one block not being used we will give the kennels inside a complete revamp. Years gone by we have changed the colour scheme on many occasions and have this year 2020/21 settled for a calming colour called frosted grey and all kennel walls inside have been done. All galvanised mesh has been redone to show the brightness against the grey. We try to just do a touch up the following year when introducing a new colour but it all depends on the kennel use and some kennels made need a complete repaint.

(Outside Kennels)
Once the inside kennel runs have been done we will then concentrate outside. The outsides are done on the basis that if they start to look warn out, which we can normally tell from doing our cleaning procedures we pencil in to do. We are in 2021 following the same colour scheme as inside as we have in the past had one colour for in and one colour for out.  The outsides can take a little longer as we are normally these when we start to get busy and when so we stop so kennels can be used. We do not want painting going on during your dogs stay with us.

Due to the Pandemic of 2020/21 we have had more time to get the kennels looking either better but as the remaining staff were being furloughed Darren found himself doing the outside runs and due to the kennels not being occupied had the time to continue by himself.

Set on an Acre
For the size of the property it always seems like a lot to do but seeing each job finished makes it worth it and always appreciate the staff's contribution.
